NVMeG4-IP with PCIe Gen4 Soft IP enable direct NVMe Gen4 SSD interface without need PCIe Gen4 Hard IP. Break the barriers of NVMe interface and make it possible to build single and multi-channel NVMe SSD storage systems for very high-performance application on the cost-effective FPGA devices. This generation can astonishingly achieve more than 7,400MB/s data transfer per channel on real FPGA board!

Each lane of PCIe Gen4 can transfer 16Gbps of data. The next generation NVMeG4-IP is designed from ground up to achieve maximum possible performance. From our test result on AMD Xilinx ZCU102, Avg. read speed is 7,446MB/s and Avg. write speed is 6,963MB/s.

Minimize FPGA resource usage with NO CPU & NO External memory required
NVMeG4-IP is designed to fully handle NVMe protocol without Host CPU and External memory. FPGA logic resource usage less than 5,000 CLBs. The internal memory use for data buffer can be choose between 256KB or 1024KB depending on the performance needed.
